Q. What is TrackCe?

A. TrackCe is an online resource that allows professionals to keep track of their continuing education. Most licensed professional designations require that the professional continuously keep informed on new topics and developments in their profession.  Since it is a requirement that the professional must submit records of the various classes, seminars and self-study courses he or she find them selves keeping records that can span as far back as 5 years. TrackCe has been design to eliminate the clutter and allow professionals to keep their records in one secure online data base that can be accessed at any time. With a TrackCe account there is no limit to how long you can keep your records while you are an active member.

Q. What do I do with my certificates of participation or completion?

A. With a TrackCE account you may scan documents for courses that you have completed and upload them with our convenient easy to use upload wizard. As you upload documents they will be associated to the courses that they were issued from, so they are neatly organized and easy to access. If in the future you need to make a copy of your certificates you may log in at anytime and print your certificates.

Q. What professions can use TrackCe?

A. Currently the TrackCe data base is set up to manage the continuing education (CE) of Certified Public Accountants (CPAs). We have researched the rules and regulations for this industry extensively and have customized the data base to fit their needs.

The final goal of TrackCE is to be a resource that can be used by all professionals regardless of their industry. In the near future engineers, lawyers, CFPs, and doctors will be among the industries able to use TrackCe to manage their CE.

Q. Why does your site have a forum?

A. The Idea behind the TrackCE forum is to give professionals a place where they can communication with other professionals in their field. The TrackCe forum is a great place to ask questions and get answers from experience members in their field.  

Q. Do I have to be a paid subscriber to be a member of the forum?

A. No, the TrackCe forum is absolutely free. You may sign up with out any payment information. If in the future would like to use TrackCE to track you continuing education you may join at any time. We encourage every one that visits TrackCE to join the forum and use it a resource in their every day business.

Q. What type of internet connection is needed to use TrackCe?

A. A standard dial up connection is all that is needed to use TrackCe. All the storage and calculations are done on our server so using TrackCe does not tax either your computer or your internet connection.
